The Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine for PP-R, PP-B, PP-A, PVC, PE, PE-X Pipes is engineered in compliance with international standards including ISO 1167 and ASTM D-1598. It is primarily intended for testing plastic pipes and composite pipes, including PP-R, PP-B, PP-A, PVC, PE, PE-X, and more.


The machine supports two core testing modes:
1. Applying a specified constant hydrostatic pressure to the pipe and maintaining it for a predefined duration (per test requirements);

2. Applying a constant, rapid hydraulic pressure inside the pipe to induce specimen rupture within a short timeframe, followed by measuring the maximum pressure and subsequently calculating the ring stress.
