Accurate Measurement of Vulcanization Parameters with Rotor-Free Vulcanizer and Computer-Controlled Rubber Testing Instruments
Features and uses:
The rotorless vulcanizer is the most widely used instrument in the rubber processing industry for rubber quality control, rapid detection and basic rubber research. It provides accurate data for the optimal formulation combination of rubber and can accurately determine parameters such as burning time, positive vulcanization time, vulcanization index and maximum and minimum torque.
The vulcanizer is composed of main machine, computer, temperature measurement, temperature control, data acquisition and processing, sensor and electrical linkage. The temperature control circuit is composed of measurement and control module, platinum resistor and heater, which can automatically track the change of power grid and environment temperature, and automatically correct PID parameters, so as to achieve the purpose of fast and accurate temperature control. The data acquisition system and electromechanical linkage can automatically detect the instantaneous signal of rubber vulcanization process, and automatically display the temperature value and set value in real time. After curing, automatic processing, automatic calculation, printing curing curve and process parameters. Show curing time and curing torque. The computer displays the vulcanization process in real time, from which you can clearly see the change of "temperature" and the change of "time-torque".
Working principle:
The rubber sample into the almost completely closed mold cavity, and keep in the test temperature, the mold chamber has upper and lower two parts, the lower part with small linear reciprocating movement (oscillation), oscillation makes the sample produce shear strain, determination of the sample on the mold cavity reaction torque (force), the size of the torque (force) depends on the shear modulus of the glue. After the start of the vulcanization test sample shear modulus increases, the computer machine display and record the torque (force) in real time, when the torque (force) rise to the stable value or the maximum and return state, then get a torque (force) and time relationship curve, namely vulcanization curve, the shape of the curve and the test temperature and the characteristics of the tape.
