JSX-1009 Rubber fatigue cracking testing machine for Rubber vulcanized or thermoplasticDetermination of flex cracking and crack growth
Overview:
The rubber fatigue cracking test machine is used to determine the cracking performance of materials such as vulcanized rubber and rubber shoes after repeated bending, and meets the requirements of GB/T 13934 "Determination of flexural cracking of vulcanized rubber" and GB/T13935, GB/T3901, GB/T4495, ISO132, ISO133, etc. Digital setting, display of bending times, automatic shutdown, integrated design of host and electrical control, each sample can be individually clamped, with beautiful appearance and convenient operation.
Structure Overview:
This machine is mainly composed of a motor base, sliding column, upper and lower clamps, eccentric wheel mechanism, and digital display control box.
There are two sliding columns on the base, and upper and lower clamps are connected to the sliding columns. The position of the upper clamp can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the lower clamp is connected to the eccentric wheel connecting rod. The motor drives the eccentric wheel to rotate, and the lower clamp can perform up and down reciprocating motion. The front of the eccentric wheel has an adjustable scale, which can be adjusted according to the needs of the test. The digital display control box can set and display the reciprocating frequency of the lower gripper.
Main technical specifications:
Lower gripper reciprocating frequency | 300 ± 10 times/min |
Adjustable maximum distance of upper and lower clamps | 200mm |
Eccentric wheel adjustable maximum distance | 50mm |
Maximum reciprocating stroke of the lower gripper | 100mm |
Number of test groups | 6 groups |
Power supply voltage | AC380V ± 10% |
Dimensions | 740 × 450 × 950 mm |
Weight | 180kg |
Configuration List:
1. 1 Allen wrench (14)
2. 1 set of sample clamp (installed on the machine)
