Summary:
According to the Standard of GB/T 3682—2000, XNR-450F is used to test under the high temperature, measure the melt mass-flow rate (MFR) and the melt volume-flow rate (MVR) of thermoplastic, such as polyethylene, polystyrene, polypropylene, ABS resin, melt formaldehyde resin, polycarbonate, nylon, fluorine plastic, and fragrant sulphone. The machine automatically control the temperature and display the temperature and the time on a build-in digital screen. Three types of incision-techniques including manual, automatic, time controlled are used by the series of testers. Model AD and Model BD can automatically print out all the required experimental data. Specifically, they have an option to perform MFR & MVR Test based on the new standard.
