The hydrostatic blasting test machine is mainly used for the determination of hydraulic instantaneous blasting and long-term constant pressure resistance time of plastic pipes for various fluid transportation.
The hydrostatic testing machine adopts the central cluster control of PC. Each channel is a module, and each module is provided with a microcomputer, which is used to receive the embedded PC control instructions to realize control. At the same time, through the serial bus, the control information is continuously fed back to the PC, and the PC completes the collection and storage of the test data.
The instrument has the functions of pipe rupture identification, real-time monitoring, incoming call data recovery, printing, storing test results, and sample preprocessing settings.The instrument adopts Windows operating platform, menu prompts, and the operation is simple and convenient. During the experiment, the pressure and time are displayed in real time, and the pressure-time curve is drawn point by point, making the pressure change process clear and intuitive.The test results will be permanently stored on the hard disk in text form and can be printed out at any time for future reference and comparison.
The hydrostatic testing machine is controlled by embedded computer. Modular design, to achieve separate control. If there is any problem along the way, as long as the stop valve of the current station is closed, the normal operation of other stations will not be affected.
